Well I took my bestie to the airport today and I'm very sad to see her go. I miss her already :(



Now that she's on her way home and I'm sitting here thinking about our time together, I really can see the complete differences in our personailty.



She is like cotton candy. She loves pinks and yellows and everything girlie (like SUPER girlie). She loves romantic comedies and pretty much ONLY romantic comedies (She doesn't handle action, horror, or thriller movies at all... Percy Jackson and the Lightning thief was too much for her). And in many respects she is, well "pure" for lack of a better term.



I, on the other hand, am more like warheads. I love black, blues, and reds. I tend to be darker and enjoy "guy humor." I love ALL types of movies (including some romantic comedies), particularly horror, action, and thriller. And to be honest I'm not that "pure" lol



Now I CAN be girlie sometimes... and I am a total princess about some things (like breaking a nail...) but for the most part I'm not.



I'm the dark and twisted friend with the sometimes crude sense of humor, and she is the light and bubbly friend who turns red when you say "PENIS!"



I just find it interesting and kinda nice to think about how DIFFERENT we can be, and yet we are still so close as friends... Differences really can make the friendship all the more meaningful :)

Tomorrow one of my besties is coming to visit for the week! I can't WAIT!!!!! I haven't seen her in 2 years and that is just too damn long!



I'm excited to show her around my city and have her try all the awesome food we have and basically just hang out!



I need this... You never really realize how much you need your besties until you haven't seen them in way too long.
